Gluten-free tahini bread

Let's start by turning on an oven at 180 degrees.
In small bowl, mix:

  • 2 tablespoons of chia
  • 1/3 cup of water
set aside for two minutes.


In another bowl we will mix:

  • Teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • Teaspoon of salt
  • Glass of orange lentil flour
  • Tablespoon of vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons silan
  • 1/3 cup of water
Mix along with the chia and water mixture we put on the side before.

Mix well and as soon as the batter is thick and uniformed, transfer to a small mold, you can decorate with kernels or sesame seeds - and put in the oven.
Bake for 40 minutes, until the bread looks swollen and slightly cracked.
Remove the bread from the mold, so it can breathe, and let it cool for at least two hours, then slice.
