Gluten-free almond cookies

Admittedly, many vitamins found in almonds disappear during cooking, and still, almond flour pastries, which rid us of gluten and enrich us with healthy proteins, are a great and healthy addition to morning coffee.

Ingredients:

  • Almond flour - 1.5 cups
  • 4 tablespoons almond flour
  • 4 tablespoons silan / maple / agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons roasted coconut
  • You can add dark chocolate

Mix everything and pour into large cookies. Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 10-20 minutes, until one side is browned. Cool in the closet or fridge and serve.
